New letting agent appointed

Lambert Smith Hampton have been appointed as joint letting agents on Unit 27 and the proposed 50,000 sq ft speculative building on Plot 37. Adrian Whitfield and Ed Newman will be servicing the instruction.

17.09.12 Business Park Showcases Children’s Art

Schoolchildren from Andover gathered at Walworth Business Park to see their winning artwork unveiled on large site hoardings. In a competition organised by Kier, children from three schools in the area - Roman Way Primary School, Knights Enham Junior School and Endeavour Primary School - created drawings to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

Councillor Peter Giddings said, “The competition brought together two very important events - the national celebrations for the Diamond Jubilee and, on a local level, the physical start of the rejuvenation of Walworth Business Park.”

“And who knows, maybe in a few years’ time, the very same pupils will be working for companies based at Walworth.”  Press release
